Banana Split Trail Mix

Ingredients

1 cup walnuts
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup dried cherries*
1 cup banana chips*
1/2 cup chocolate chips**

Method

  1. Gently stir all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight storage container.

Notes:

  1. *If possible, opt for dried fruit that does not have added sulfites or sugar.
  2. **I love EnjoyLife’s mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate morsels. You can also use for favourite chocolate bar and chop it up into chunks!
  3. This trail mix is great on its own as a snack or as a flavourful, nutritious topping on your oatmeal, yogurt, or smoothie/nice cream bowls.
