Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup dried cherries*
1 cup banana chips*
1/2 cup chocolate chips**
Method
- Gently stir all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight storage container.
Notes:
- *If possible, opt for dried fruit that does not have added sulfites or sugar.
- **I love EnjoyLife’s mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate morsels. You can also use for favourite chocolate bar and chop it up into chunks!
- This trail mix is great on its own as a snack or as a flavourful, nutritious topping on your oatmeal, yogurt, or smoothie/nice cream bowls.
