Method
- Rinse steel cut oats and cook according to package directions. I use only water with a pinch of salt (instead of a mix of half water and half plant milk) as I always boil over the mix and throw off the ratios… using just water makes it mistake proof for me!
- Top with sweet or savoury toppings.
- Eat immediately or leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy hot or cold in the morning.
