Blueberry Peach Cobbler Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp almonds or 2 tbsp almond butter (or nuts/seeds of choice)
1 1/2 cups cashew milk, almond milk, or oat milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt 
optional: few grates of fresh nutmeg (or 1/8 tsp powdered nutmeg), 1/4 tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth (or desired texture), making sure that the nuts are blended in well.

Notes:

  1. Enjoy as is, or transfer to a bowl and add desired toppings to enjoy as a smoothie bowl!
  2. If you want this to have even more blueberry flavour and a thicker consistency, you can always add another 1/2 cup of blueberries.
