Ingredients (per person)
2 loose handfuls (~3-4 cups) spinach and/or arugula
1/4 cup red grapes, halved
2 tbsp goat’s milk feta
2 tbsp walnut halves, crushed
2 tbsp red onions, thinly sliced
2-3 tbsp ginger sesame vinaigrette
Method
- Add all ingredients except for dressing into a salad bowl that is a bit bigger than what you need for the ingredients (to make tossing the salad easier).
- Add dressing just before serving and toss to coat everything lightly in dressing.
Notes:
- The ingredients in this salad are a bit heavy, so if serving this to company, I recommend saving some of the fillings to sprinkle on top for presentation so that your guests can see all of the goodies that they will be having.
