Summer Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 medium banana
1 cup frozen peaches, mangos and strawberries (or 1/3 cup of each)
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp ground chia seeds
1-1 1/2 cups homemade cashew milk

Method

  1. Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth!

Notes:

  1. Homemade cashew milk can easily be substituted with your plant-based milk of choice or water in this recipe.
  2. You can always add more protein to the smoothie by adding vanilla or berry flavoured protein powder. You may want to add water or more plant-based milk to keep the smoothie from becoming too thick.
