Ingredients
1/2 medium banana
1 cup frozen peaches, mangos and strawberries (or 1/3 cup of each)
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp ground chia seeds
1-1 1/2 cups homemade cashew milk
Method
- Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth!
Notes:
- Homemade cashew milk can easily be substituted with your plant-based milk of choice or water in this recipe.
- You can always add more protein to the smoothie by adding vanilla or berry flavoured protein powder. You may want to add water or more plant-based milk to keep the smoothie from becoming too thick.
